PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a BCAA determination reagent, a TYR determination reagent or a BTR determination reagent stable for a long period in the state of solution. SOLUTION: The reagent for the determination of total branched-chain amino acid with an enzyme comprises a liquid reagent for the determination of total branched-chain amino acid containing a total branched-chain amino acid decomposition enzyme in combination with a chromogen having reduced non-specific color development, or a liquid reagent for BCAA determination containing a BCAA decomposition enzyme and a chromogen in separate state. The reagent for the determination of tyrosine with an enzyme comprises a liquid reagent containing a tyrosine decomposition enzyme in combination with a metal salt. The liquid reagent for the determination of total branched-chain amino acid/tyrosine molar ratio calculates the total branched-chain amino acid/tyrosine molar ratio by using the total branched-chain amino acid determination liquid reagent and/or the tyrosine determination liquid reagent.
