A memory card case with a link hole is provided to decrease probability to loss and risk of damage to a memory card. In a memory card case with a link hole, rear upper parts of upper and lower cases(100',200'), which have opened upside to form a keeping space of predetermined depth and are formed by a synthetic resin material, is connected by a moving axis functioning as a hinge to form a sealed space when closing the upper and the lower cases. A connection hole(132) is formed at an edge portion of one of the cases. A front locking projection(210) and an upper locking projection(220) are positioned at front and upper surfaces of the upper case. A front locking groove(112) and an upper locking groove(114) are positioned at the front surface of the lower case and locked at the front locking projection and the upper locking projection, respectively. A bar member(110') with the moving axis is formed between the front locking groove and the upper locking groove.
