A device for preventing interference between a truck and a trailer is provided to minimize the interference when the truck is driving on an uphill or a downhill road by a control unit regulating the air pressure to two air springs installed on driving shafts of rear wheels according to angle of inclination detected by two detecting units, and to alert a driver of the interference by installing a warning lamp. A device for preventing interference between a truck and a trailer comprises two air springs(13a,13b) installed between a chassis(12) of a truck(10) and two driving shafts(11) of rear wheels, detecting units for sensing the angle of inclination of an uphill or a downhill, and a control unit comparing the maximum allowable angle to the angle of inclination detected by the detecting unit and if the detected value is higher than the maximum allowable angle, regulating the air pressure of the air springs. The detecting devices are two vehicle height sensors(16a,16b) installed on two ends along the length of the truck. The inclination angle is calculated by computing the distance between the two sensors and the difference of the height of the vehicle. The control unit includes an air tank(14) supplying the pressurized air to the air springs, a control valve(15) installed on an air passage between the air tank and the air springs for opening or closing the air passage, and an electric control unit applying the control signal corresponding to the value obtained by comparing the detected inclination angle and the maximum allowable inclination angle. A warning lamp(17) is installed at an output end of the electronic control unit for alerting a driver.
