A bidirectional rotation and slide opening/closing device of a mobile communication terminal is provided to enable a display unit to be rotated in both ways while the display unit is able to be opened/closed in sliding manner, thereby improving the convenience of a user. A swing member(100) is fixed to a display member, and has a central shaft. The first slide member(200) has a cam with which the central shaft is rotatively combined. A cover member(300) is combined with the first slide member(200) as covering the swing member(100) in the vicinity, and is opened so that a portion of the swing member(100) is exposed. A pressurizing member(400) generates a predetermined stopping force by pressurizing the cam in both states when the swing member(100) is not rotated and rotated at predetermined angle, respectively. A braking member limits further rotations while the swing member(100) is rotated at the predetermined angle.
