A manufacturing method of a wire for correcting a set of teeth is provided to prevent the color of a transparent metal material from being changed, by coating a transparent metal material with a transparent parylene film. A manufacturing method of a wire for correcting a set of teeth includes the steps of: manufacturing a metal wire with a metal alloy material; performing physical etching or chemical etching on the surface of the metal wire, and performing heat treatment thereon; coating a metal material to make the surface of the metal wire showing white color, and performing heat treatment process; and forming a transparent parylene film on the white metal material and performing heat treatment. The wire for correcting a set of teeth includes a metal wire(21), a white metal material(23), a transparent metal oxide film(24), and a parylene film(25).
