A method of manufacturing an air-layered bridge of glasses and the bridge are provided to improve the wearing comfort and to absorb shocks when a user wears the glasses by forming an air layer on the bridge of the glasses. A method of manufacturing an air-layered bridge of glasses includes the steps of molding an air cover for forming an air layer made of either silicon or soft synthetic resin, and preparing a bridge on which an air layer is formed by attaching the air cover, inserting the air cover in a hole of a high frequency attaching mold, inserting the bridge in a bridge mold, and adhering the edge of the air cover to the top of the bridge with high frequency.
