A system and a method for processing a premium service in a stock trading are provided to increase the number of stock traders and a stock trading quantity by providing a premium ticket to the stock traders and continuously inducing hope for winning a premium from the stock traders. An exchanger(300) connects a computer(100) of the stock traders to a computer system(400) of a stock exchange, and sequentially generates and outputs trading detail data when a stock trading service is completed. An account controller(310) updates account information of the stock traders and outputs the trading detail data. A fee calculator(320) generates fee detailed data using the trading detail data and outputs the fee detailed data. A call lottery information collector(330) sequentially generates and collects call lottery data by storing the fee detail data. A call number processor(340) generates and outputs winning stock trader information by performing lottery based on the call lottery data. A winning guider(350) converts the winning customer information into a guide message and transmits the guide message to the winning stock trader.
