PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a Co-based magnetic alloy superior in a high-frequency magnetic property suitable to uses for a zero phase reactor for large current, a noise suppression part like an electromagnetic shield material, an inverter transformer, a choke coil for an active filter, an antenna, a smoothing choke coil, a laser power source, magnetic components of a pulse power for a accelerator, and the like, and a high-performance magnetic component for high frequency therewith. SOLUTION: The Co-based magnetic alloy has a general expression (Co1-a Fea )100-y-c M'y X'c (by atomic %), wherein M' means at least one element selected among V, Ti, Zr, Nb, Mo, Hf, Sc, Ta, or W, X' means at least one element selected among Si or B, and a, y and c satisfy respectively a<0.35, 1.5<=y<=15, and 4<=c<=30, has a structure of which the part or the whole is comprised of crystal grains having an average particle size of 50 nm or less, and has a relative initial magnetic permeability of 2000 or less. |
