PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information output device, etc., by which the movement can be completed after the music, etc., to be reproduced just before the completion of the movement are surely reproduced. SOLUTION: In the information reproducing device on a vehicle to reproduce the contents, the time required for the movement of the vehicle is detected (step S5), and the detected required time is compared (step S6) with the time necessary for the reproduction immediately preceding required for the reproduction of the final contents to be outputted just before the finish of movement, and the reproduction of the final contents is started in accordance with the result of this comparison.
