A manufacture method of a hydraulic hose coupling is provided to improve work efficiency, reduce production cost and improve productivity substantially by injecting an inner diameter-maintaining member into a workpiece placed on a mold, thereby preventing the inner diameter of the workpiece from being twisted when hitting the workpiece by a press. A manufacture method of a hydraulic hose coupling comprises: a cutting process of cutting a cylindrical workpiece to a predetermined length using a cutter; a mold placing process of placing the cut workpiece on a mold and holding the workpiece to the mold; an inner diameter-maintaining member injecting process of injecting an inner diameter-maintaining member with the same outer diameter as that of the workpiece into the workpiece; a forging process of hitting the both sides of the workpiece having the inner diameter-maintaining member injected thereinto by a press; and a cutting process of performing turning of a workpiece processed by the forging process to process the workpiece into a coupling. |
