The beehive base disclosed herein is a wooden base whereon there are resting and adapted floors destined for the formation of a normal beehive. Said base is 510 mm long, 420 mm wide and 90 mm high. Feet are adapted to the angles of the base in orderto isolate soil humidity from the beehive. A stainless sheet iron is sliding into the fissure encountered at the rear part to collect dead varroa mites and other useless materials; this sheet iron is well adapted to the rear part in order to impede the rainwater ingress. A stainless screen with holes 3, 5 mm in dimension impedes the contact of bees with useless materials deposited on the foregoing sheet iron. Wire joints are fixed on the front and rear part of the base to retain the floor of the beehive throughout transport. |
