Teeth correction apparatus and method are provided to realign the varied line of teeth to correct user's teeth or face. A teeth correction apparatus includes a support portion, a tension portion, and a fixing portion. The support portion is supported by the teeth. The tension portion transmits tension to the support portion. The fixing portion comes into contact with the inner surface and teeth of the mouth and supports the tension portion and the support portion. The support portion comes into contact with a part of or the entire portion of the teeth, and has the shape of conforming to the teeth. The tension of the tension portion is generated by an elastic material, oil pressure, water pressure or air pressure.
