A mobile communication terminal improving radio wave radiation efficiency by using a connecting pin is provided to strengthen the current flowing in when an antenna radiates signals. A mobile communication terminal improving radio wave radiation efficiency comprises a main body(220), a sliding unit(210) and a connection pin(260). The main body(220) forms a main board. The sliding unit(210) forms a slide rail for performing sliding movement with the main body(220). The connection pin(260) makes electrical connection between the main body(220) and the sliding unit(210). The connection pin(260) is composed of an elastic material and is fixed at the main board via a soldering procedure after eliminating a coating layer from a contact of the main board.
