A slip preventing device for a double-clutch transmission and a control method thereof are provided to prevent forward slip of a vehicle on a sloping road by using a one-way clutch and a clutch or brake between an output shaft and a transmission case. A one-way clutch(OWC) is interposed between any one of first and second output shafts and a transmission case(4). A frictional member is interposed between any one of the first and second output shaft and the transmission case together with the one-way clutch. A slope detecting sensor detects a slope of a vehicle when the vehicle is positioned upwards on an inclined road to output a signal to a controller. A speed sensor detects a speed of the vehicle to output a signal to the controller, and a gear position detecting sensor detects a gear position of the vehicle to output a signal to the controller.
