A method for preparing the solution for rapidly culturing sprout plants and a method for rapidly culturing the sprout plants by using the same method are provided to amplify the amount of nutrients in plant seeds, required for their growth by unbinding the high density nutrient cohesion, and increase speed of culture without chemical fertilizers or chemical growth activator. A method for rapidly culturing the sprout plant comprises the steps of: (1) dipping a seed of plant in culture medium for Epimedium koreanum Nakai; (2) preparing the solution for rapidly culturing sprout plants by fermenting a mixture containing 10% of loess, 45% of plant leaves of Epimedium koreanum Nakai, mugwort or arrowroot and 45% of unrefined sugar at 25-35 deg.C for 12-20 days, and germinating the dipped plant seed in the fermented solution to obtain a sprout plant; and (3) treating the sprout plant with solution of pH 7.5-8.0 prepared by eluting germanium or liquefied silicon with water to form roots, wherein the plant is bean sprouts, broccoli, rape, tah tasai chinese cabbage, pak choi, mustard, red cabbage, Chinese cabbage, alfalfa, red clover, radish, buckwheat, Cassia tora L. or Carthamus tinctorius L. and the time for culturing the sprout plant is 3-5 days. |
