A segment for a pre-tension beam manufacturing stand, a manufacturing stand using the same and an assembling method for a pre-tension beam manufacturing stand are provided to manufacture a pre-tension beam by assembling each segment after carrying a manufacturing stand of a pre-tension beam manufactured by dividing into plural segments to a workshop. A manufacturing stand(100) using a segment for a pre-tension beam manufacturing stand comprises a main body(10) unified with a bottom portion and right, left side portions and extended in the longitudinal direction, a form(20) installed between the right and left side portions of the main body, and a tendon fixing frame(30) installed on two longitudinal ends of the main body and fixed with two ends of a tendon(35) installed via the form. The main body of the manufacturing stand is divided into plural segments(S) in the perpendicular direction to the longitudinal direction and attached with one or more sheath pipes at the inside of the longitudinal direction to make each segment fixed by a coupler(50) in order, and the coupler is composed of steel bars(51) coupling parts except a connection of a first segment(S1) and a second segment(S2) and installed to penetrate the sheath pipe of the segment, fixing nuts(52) fixed to two ends of the steel bar and a coupler(53) connecting longitudinal ends between the steel bar and the steel bar. An assembling method for a pre-tension beam manufacturing stand comprises the steps of: connecting a first segment and a second segment by putting a fist segment and a second segment attached with sheath pipes in contact with each other, inserting a steel bar to the sheath pipes and fixing two ends of the steel bar using fixing nuts; connecting a third segment by locating a third segment to the right end of the second segment and coupling a steel bar to the inside of the third segment to connect with the steel bar connecting the first and second segments using a coupler, and fixing the right end of the third segment using fixing nuts; and connecting plural segments in order by connecting plural segments including a fourth segment to the right end of the third segment in order. |
