A plasma display apparatus is provided to reducing EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference) by supplying a sustain rising signal to sustain electrodes while supplying a scan rising signal to scan electrodes. A plasma display apparatus includes a plasma display panel(100), a scan driver(102) and a sustain driver(103). The plasma display panel includes scan and sustain electrodes. The scan driver supplies a scan rising signal, whose voltage is gradually increased, to the scan electrodes before supplying a first scan signal during an address period for addressing. The sustain driver supplies a voltage, which is increased with a first slope from a first voltage to a second voltage, a second slope different from the first slope from the second voltage to a third voltage, and a third slope different from the second slope from the third voltage to a fourth voltage, to the sustain electrodes while supplying the scan rising signal to the scan electrodes.
