A method for manufacturing Phellinus linteus extracts is provided to establish an optimum extraction condition of Phellinus linteus extracts and produce a good quality of Phellinus linteus extracts applicable to various products. A method for manufacturing Phellinus linteus extracts includes the steps of: (S10) weighing Phellinus linteus; (S20) mixing the Phellinus linteus with a diluted alcohol of ten times and below than the Phellinus linteus to obtain a first mixture solution; (S30) subjecting the first mixture solution to extraction to obtain a first extract; (S40) mixing the Phellinus linteus with a diluted alcohol of eight times and below than the Phellinus linteus to obtain a second mixture solution; (S50) subjecting the second mixture solution to extraction to obtain a second extract; (S60) mixing the Phellinus linteus with a diluted alcohol of seven times and below than the Phellinus linteus to obtain a third mixture solution; (S70) subjecting the third mixture solution to extraction to obtain a third extract; (S80) mixing the first extract, the second extract, and the third extract to obtain mixed extracts; (S90) filtering the mixture extracts; (S100) subjecting the filtrate to vacuum concentration; and (S110) filtering the concentrate to obtain a purified concentrate.
