A method for manufacturing a loess board having charcoal within is provided to mass-produce loess boards, improve the quality of the loess boards, produce loess boards in various forms, and reinforce the strength of the loess board. A method for manufacturing a loess board having charcoal within includes the steps of: (S10) mixing select loess, kaolin, wood flour, and water; (S20) applying the mixed materials onto the bottom of a press mold in predetermined thickness, and pressurizing the materials into a board having a desired shape using a press; (S30) naturally drying the molded board; and (S40) putting the dried board into a furnace, and then heating the board at 650-900 °C.
