A concrete filled steel pipe beam is provided to obtain adhesion between concrete and a steel pipe by placing attaching reinforcements on the inner surface of the steel pipe. A concrete filled steel pipe beam fills a concrete(20) in a steel pipe(10) to introduce the prestress. The concrete filled steel pipe beam includes first, second, third, and fourth blocking plates(51,52,53,54), and PS steels(30). The blocking plates close the steel pipe. The PS steels are tightened on lower ends of the pipe respectively in an interval from one end of the steel pipe to the first blocking plate, in an interval from the second blocking plate to the third blocking plate, and in an interval from the fourth blocking plate to the other rear end of the steel pipe, and are tightened on upper ends of the pipe respectively in an interval from the first blocking plate to the second blocking plate, and in an interval from the third blocking plate to the fourth blocking plate. Attaching reinforcements are installed in the steel pipe to improve adhesion between the steel pipe and the filled concrete.
