#CMT# #/CMT# The method is for packing paper, cardboard or similar and involves a number of sheets (4) as required by a receiver stacked on a bearer (5) followed by their subsequent packing. The sheets are stacked on the bearer in an unpacked state, and around them is wound a foil. Prior to being stacked, a known number of sheets of a required type are weighed and their mass is then calculated. After this, the sheets are stacked on a weighing instrument until the calculated mass is obtained. #CMT# : #/CMT# The required number of sheets are weighed in different stages and placed on the bearer. The equipment used comprises a weighing instrument (2) and devices (3) for placing successively stacked sheets on the bearer. The weighing instrument consists of a weighing plate (6) for weighing a small known quantity of paper or similar and a weighing table (7) formed by a plate (13) in which are perforations (14) for connection of a compressor (16) outlet (15).
