An air mat is provided to exclude an air pump by supplying a cushioning effect through self-elastic or restoring force and to support each part of the body with proper elastic or restoring force by controlling the air pressure of each air chamber group through a multi-way check valve. An air mat having a plurality of air chambers(10) is composed of: plural air chambers deformed or restored according to external force, provided with self-elastic or restoring force to discharge or suck the air, divided into plural groups corresponding to each specific part of the body, and formed by blow-molding; and expansion-type multi-way check valves(100) connected to plural divided air chamber groups to supply the external air to each air chamber. The multi-way check valve controls the air pressure of the air chamber groups and increases or decreases the number of air supply lines correspondently to the number of the air chamber groups to receive the air.
