A high efficiency temperature-control and air-water separation apparatus of a wet air purifier, using a cooling system is provided to lower temperature of purified air by absorbing pollutants of room air by circulation water jetted by a jetting element and remove remaining humidity from the purified air by a cooling unit, thereby controlling temperature and humidity of a room. A high efficiency temperature-control and air-water separation apparatus of a wet air purifier, using a cooling system, includes a humidity sensor(110) for measuring humidity of room air introduced into a housing(10) by a suction fan(20), and a controller(120) comparing a measured humidity value with a set humidity value and removing remaining humidity from purified air passing through a jetting element of a jetting part(30) by a cooling system(130). An air-water separation part(100) has the cooling unit, of which an evaporator(134) is mounted to an eliminator(50) for removing the remaining humidity under the control of the controller.
