In the assembled state of the bollard, the hollow casing virtually totally encloses it. The casing is provided with apertures and the frame is provided with operating components (4) which extend outwards through the apertures. #CMT# : #/CMT# The frame is provided with a hinge construction (6a,6b) and is further furnished with devices (11) which block the hinge construction.
