A monopolar membrane electrode assembly is provided to prevent the initial damage of a fuel cell by sensing the temperature, pressure or voltage of a membrane electrode assembly in real time. A monopolar membrane electrode assembly(100) comprises an electrolyte membrane(110) having a plurality of cell regions; an anode support and a cathode support where a plurality of first aperture parts(114a,116a) corresponding to the cell regions and a plurality of second aperture parts related with the cell regions are provide at the both surfaces of the electrolyte membrane; a plurality of anode current collectors(120) and a plurality of cathode current collectors(160) which are installed at the cell regions, respectively on the supports; and a plurality of anodes(130) and a plurality of cathodes which are installed on the anode current collectors and the cathode current collectors, respectively, wherein the terminal(162a) of the conducting part of the cathode current collectors is electrically connected in serial with the terminal(122a) of the conducting part of the anode current collectors through the second aperture, and a sensor is installed at the current collectors to measure the change of the internal state during the generation of electricity and the circulation of electricity. |
