A waterproof structure of a rooftop slab is provided to form a protective layer of predetermined height, and to discharge the water infiltrated in the protective layer to the outside easily by placing the protective layer with guide bars and a filled layer formed with at least one kind. A waterproof structure of a rooftop slab comprises an insulating layer(10), a waterproof layer(30), and a protective layer(50). The insulating layer is formed on a rooftop slab(5) of a building. The waterproof layer is formed on the insulating layer. The protective layer is made of at least one kind of wasted tire chip, wasted urethane chip, urethane chip, and synthesized rubber chip, and formed on the waterproof layer at the thickness of 10 to 50mm. The protective layer is formed with guide bars formed on the waterproof layer at predetermined intervals, and a filled layer formed of at least one material and filled between the guide bars.
