OLIGOMER PROBE ARRAY WITH MULTIFUNCTIONAL ASSAY AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREOF

A multi-functional oligomer probe array is provided to perform different kinds of analyses using only one oligomer probe array. And a method for preparing the same is also provided. A multi-functional oligomer probe array comprises a substrate(100a); a first array region including a plurality of first probe cell active regions(1120) which is separated by a probe cell separation region(1130) not including a functional group(150) coupled to an oligomer probe(160) on the surface and formed on or in the substrate and a plurality of oligomer probes of sequences different from one another coupled to each of the first probe cell active regions; a second array region including a plurality of probe cell active regions(2120) which is separated by a probe cell separation region(2130) not including a functional group coupled to an oligomer probe on the surface and formed on or in the substrate and a plurality of oligomer probes of sequences different from one another coupled to each of the second probe cell active regions; and a column lifting device(100b) for cutting off cross-talk of target samples respectively applied to the first array region and the second array region, wherein the first array region is to analyze the gene expression; the second array region is to analyze genotype; the surface of each of the first and the second probe cell active regions is a flat surface or a three-dimensional surface; the surface of the first and the second probe cell active regions includes a functional group coupled to the oligomer probe, wherein a portion of the functional group is coupled to the oligomer probe and the other functional group is inactively capped; and each of the first and the second probe cell active regions is a pattern of a film formed on the substrate, an LOCOS(local oxidation silicon) film formed by topically oxidizing the substrate or a trench-type active.
