The present invention describes a lower extremity orthoses useful for treating all types of injuries located from the knee to the foot sole in humans, which includes a flexible basket with an ergonomic design for a patient's leg, the basket being fixed to a main support means that simultaneously includes a first pair of vertically parallel bars; the lower end portions of the first pair of bars are connected to the upper end portions of the second pair of metalic vertically parallel bars; a die is located at each connection point between both pair of bars, useful for allowing said bars to be articulated and attached. The orthoses also comprises a base formed by a mettalic U-shaped jaw having several bores lenghtwise the extremities thereof so as to be fastened to the inner end portions of the second pair of bars and to adjust the orthoses height; a pair of apertures are located at the base of said metallic jaw in order to be attached to a metallic rolled concave plate by the concave su rface thereof.
