<p>A transparent and electrically conductive film comprising a transparent base film, a hard coat layer lying on one side of the base film, and a transparent and electrically conductive thin layer lying on the other side thereof, wherein the material forming the hard coat layer comprises a urethane acrylate, a polyol (meth)acrylate, and a (meth)acrylic polymer having an alkyl group containing two or more hydroxyl groups. The transparent and electrically conductive film is excellent in mar resistance.</p> |
