A precise prestress introduction method using a bolt hole forming part for assembling I-beam segments when introducing prestress by fixing high strength steel to the I-beam segments is provided to prevent the inside of a bonded surface of the high strength steel from being corroded by welding four edges of the bonded surface. Connecting part bolt hole forming parts(130) are assembled with I-beam segments(100). Lateral rows of rear ends of upper and lower flanges(110) of the connecting part bolt hole forming parts are more expanded than the other bolt hole forming part. A high strength steel(220) of a lower flange is moved into the central part. A high strength steel(210) of an upper flange is moved to the outside of the end. The upper and lower flanges of the I-beam segments are attached to the high strength steels to load the steels on the lower flange. The slid volume between the I-beam segment and the attached steel is mutually adjusted. Large diameter high tensile bolts(300) are inserted in the bolt holes to bond the I-beam segments with the high strength steels.
