A high efficiency LED(Light Emitting Diode) lamp is provided to prevent the electric interference at any part except a lead cable through a specific structure for installing a plurality of the lamps directly in a part having a high heat radiating property. A high efficiency LED lamp includes a lower plate(10), a silicon member(20), an upper plate(40), a lens, and a pair of leads(60). The lower plate is formed by plating silver on copper, has the shape of a circular plate, and has an installing groove(12) of a predetermined shape on the upper surface. The silicon member is made of silicon material, and is coupled with the installing groove, and has an electrode(24) on the upper surface, a power LED chip(22) mounted to a terminal of the electrode, and a gold wire(26) connected to a p-GaN(+) electrode of the power LED chip. The upper plate has the shape of a circular plate, and has a smaller diameter than the lower plate, and has a through hole(44) at the center, and is coupled with the lower plate by silver paste. The lens is formed on the upper side of the upper plate by being charged with silicon or epoxy. |
