Described is a prefabricated modular system for a quick construction of serial houses, buildings, warehouses or industrial bays based on assemblable and dissassemblable reinforced concrete modules and steel plates where the concrete prefabricated modules are the following: different types of shoes, walls-slabs, and drains; the steel plates are elements manufactured out for load columns of different types, main crossbeams, secondary crossbeams, connection elements and communication stairs. The present invention is characterised in that it comprises prefabricated modules including the following elements: reinforced concrete supporting shoes, the modules being reinforced with slats and load columns of different designs such as "X", "C", "I" types and further designs.
