A decoration film is provided to improve workability by facilitating attachment on a base material and cutting in attaching and to secure good thermal property, high hardness, and low thermal shrinkage by using PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate). A decoration film(1) is composed of: a base film layer(40) made of transparent PET; a decoration coating layer(30) bonded at the underside of the base film layer; and a shielding film layer(10) bonded at the underside of the decoration coating layer. The shielding film layer contains PET. The decoration coating layer consists of 0.1~80wt.% of decoration powder containing at least one of aluminum, bronze, color pigment, carbon black, titanium oxide, and dye; a 1~5wt.% of methylethylketone solvent and the residual transparent polyurethane two-liquid type resin.
