A method for manufacturing a waveguide sheet for a light source of a cellular phone is provided to form a diffusion part simply without a print method or a laser method, and improve the illuminance of the diffused light source. A method for manufacturing a waveguide sheet for a light source of a cellular phone includes the steps of: transferring a bottom surface(1a) of the waveguide sheet to a worktable; forming a light diffusing part(2) by descending a mold having a plurality of molding tips where rectangular horn shaped protrusions are densely formed to press the bottom surface of the waveguide sheet; and punching the waveguide sheet in the shape of a keypad of the cellular phone.
