CENTRIFUGE AND CENTRIFUGING METHOD

A centrifuge and a centrifugation method are provided to divide exactly layers without additional dividing work or washing work due to opening and closing an opening unit of a cylinder with a cap unit combined with the cylinder while the centrifuge turns. A centrifuge is composed of: a rotating body(10) turning around a rotary shaft; a cylinder(20) filled with materials through an opening unit, inclined at the predetermined angle for the rotary shaft, and joined to the rotating body with making the opening unit face downward; and a cap unit(30) combined to the opening unit to close the opening unit. The cap unit opens the opening unit to make the materials of the cylinder flow out, when the material is centrifugally separated in reaching the predetermined speed of the rotating body.
