<p>Method for filling bottles with gas, in which first a closure is mounted on a bottle neck and, with a closure untightened, the bottle is filled by the action of external gas overpressure, especially through grooves in the thread part of the bottle neck. After the bottles are filled, the closure is tightened while the gas overpressure is still acting. The device for filling bottles with gas consists of a tube body (3) with a flexible seal end (4). The bottle neck (6) is placed with attached but still untightened closure (9) into the orifice of the filling nozzle (1), whereby the flexible seal end encircles a board (5) of the neck (6), but concurrent it makes possible for another movement of the neck (6) inside of the filling nozzle (1). The bottle filled with compressed gas is permanently sealed with a closure, the gas pressure within the bottle being at least 1 kPa. The bottle has a high stiffness and strength and can be used in structural components as a supporting element.</p> |
