An automatic test data analysis system and a method thereof are provided to control a measuring instrument or a repeater by using a tree structure command, a macro command and a graphic user interface and to search and analyze the result values from the automatic control in order to manage data. A system for analyzing data of an automatic test includes a network(100), a measuring instrument(200), a repeater(300) and an analyzer(400). The network connects the measuring instrument, the repeater, and the analyzer to each other. The network includes a wired TCP/IP protocol Internet network, a wired WAP protocol Internet network, a user interface, and a wired and wireless communication network. The measuring instrument receives a control command for a test measurement from the analyzer and performs a function of testing according the control command. The repeater receives the control command from the analyzer and receives test measurement result data after executing the control command for each measuring instrument to transmit the test measurement result. The analyzer controls the measuring instrument or the repeater, and analyzes and outputs the received test measurement result data. |
