BED BOARD OF NATURAL MINERAL MATERIAL AND PREPARING METHOD THEREOF

A bed board made of natural mineral material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent harmful volatile organic compounds and offensive odor from being emitted, by excluding a synthetic resin adhesive agent and to emit the smell of a pine tree. A bed board(11) made of natural mineral material consists of 60~70wt.% of sericite powder, 10~15wt.% of anion powder, 0.5~1.0wt.% of antimicrobial powder, 10~20wt.% of powder of onion skins, and 0.5~1.0wt.% of powder of pine needles to 5wt.% of a natural adhesive agent. In addition, the bed board contains the sericite powder and feldspar powder(13) of 30~35 meshes applied on the surface. The power of pine needles is produced by crushing the pine needles and completely drying the crushed pine needles. The natural adhesive agent is selected from a group comprising corn and sweet potato starch.
