An apparatus for dropping a flat part of a junction box is provided to drop the flat part in a vertical or horizontal direction while maintaining the standing state of the rectangular flat part having a flat cross section. In an apparatus for dropping a flat part(10) of a junction box, receiving hole opening and closing devices(243,263) are installed at the bottom of a temporary storing receiving hole(241) of a flat part temporary storing bar(240) and at the bottom of a support receiving hole(261) of a flat part support(260) respectively. The apparatus for dropping the flat part of the junction box is closed when storing the flat part in the temporary storing receiving hole of the flat part temporary storing bar, and is slidingly opened when the temporary storing receiving hole is aligned on a guide hole of a flat part guide bar(250) to drop all flat parts through the guide hole, a tube(270), and the flat part support at a time. The apparatus is closed when the receiving hole sealing device receives the flat part, and is opened after receiving the flat part to drop the flat part to a connection terminal of the junction box of a flat part pressing device.
