An injection system for mesotherapy and carboxytherapy is provided to improve the accuracy and stability of operation by controlling an injector needle through accurate depth control and program. An injection system for mesotherapy and carboxytherapy includes an injector needle(21a,21b), a carbon dioxide supply line(27), and an air/gas supply unit. The injector needle for carboxytherapy operation and the carbon dioxide supply line for supplying carbon dioxide gas are installed in a meso-gun for mesotherapy operation. The air/gas supply unit supplies the compressed air and carbon dioxide gas at the meso-gun to perform both mesotherapy operation and carboxytherapy operation.
