An LED(Light Emitting Diode) device with a light induction diffuser is provided to obtain a high brightness characteristic with low energy by preventing the loss of brightness. An LED(Light Emitting Diode) device includes more than one LED(11), a light induction diffuser(30), and a heat radiating device(50). The LED is installed on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(13). The light induction diffuser has an LED contact surface(31) where the light is inputted, and a light emitting surface(32) where the light of LED is diffused. The heat radiating device is connected and installed at the PCB. The light induction diffuser has a V groove, a dot, or a sanding uneven scratch(35) on the light emitting surface.
