An expansion structure of a lifesaving device is provided to save the life of a human being in an accident by quickly inflating the lifesaving device. A body(10) is provided at the first side of a lifesaving device and includes a supply passage(13) communicated with an air passage of the lifesaving device. The body is provided with a coupling hole(11) communicated with the supply passage while facing to a coupling part of a compressive air tank. An operating device(20) is communicated with the coupling hole of the body(10) so that the operating device is installed in an operating hole(12) that vertically formed. The operating device has a plunger(21), which passes through a plate(7) of the compressive air tank(5). A pressing device(30) is communicated with the operating device of the body and installed in a horizontal device(14a) horizontally formed. The pressing device pushes the operating device downward while horizontally moving in the horizontal hole(14a), so that the plunger passes through the plate. A knob(40) is mounted on a vertical device(15) communicated with the upper portion of the horizontal device of the body to control the horizontal movement of the pressing device.
