A security bars attached to a window is provided to be used as an escape device such as a ladder for emergency evacuation. A security bars comprises: a main frame(110) including a basic window; one or multiple stage security window(120) able to form an emergency exit and to play a role as an escape device, which is separated and opened in state of being connected to the main frame; and a locking device including a locking block(131), an opening block, a wire cable, and a locking/opening key(134).
