The handle has a stem (2) and a support foot (4) provided with a removable signing plate (5) which includes reliefs (6) at its surface, where the reliefs represent Braille characters. The plate has a flush plane surface oriented on top of the support foot and a longitudinal symmetry along a plane passing via a medium of width of the plate. The support foot is supported at one of its ends on a shoulder of the stem, where the support foot and the stem are made of brass.
