A solidifying agent composition for a slurry backfill material is provided to ensure excellent flowability, fast curing property, cost efficiency and strength maintenance in constructing an underground cable duct or open-cut power port. A solidifying agent composition for a slurry backfill material of an underground cable duct or open-cut power port comprises: 25-45 wt% of clinker powder based on a calcium sulfoaluminate-based mineral substance; 40-60 wt% of blast furnace slag micropowder; 3-20 wt% of gypsum; and 0.1-3.0 wt% of potassium carbonate as a hydration accelerator.
