<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device for an outboard machine improving intake performance and reducing the size of the device. <P>SOLUTION: An inlet of an intake port 89 of a cylinder head 80 is opened to the inside of a V shape of each cylinder bank, and a surge tank 100 is disposed at the rear of a center part of an engine through an intake manifold 37 connected with the intake port 89. The surge tank 100 is provided with a surge tank body 110, and a cover member 120 tightly closing the surge tank body 110. The surge tank body 110 is provided with a flange 111 attached to the intake manifold 37, an intake passage 112 connected with each cylinder 51 through the intake manifold 37, and a wall member 113 disposed between adjacent intake passages 112. The wall member 113 is constituted of an approximately plate-like wall members 113a, 113b, 113c, 113d, 113e and 113f making each side face excluding a rear side face of the surge tank 110 be air-tight. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
