<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server type broadcasting receiving and recording apparatus which can retrieve a desired program content with a high efficiency even when a number of program contents are stored in a video recording apparatus such as a HDD recorder, and has an ECG function convenient when series program contents are viewed. <P>SOLUTION: The server type broadcasting receiving and recording apparatus allows a program provider to transmit a promotion content (second program content) for introducing matters of a plurality of program contents (first program contents), presents the matters of the program contents at the same time, and manages reproduction history information of each program content to display the information on a content selection menu. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
