PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate speed keeping operation, and to simplify the structure of a speed keeping means in a speed change operation structure for a working machine changing the speed of a hydrostatic continuously variable transmission by a change pedal while having the speed keeping means keeping the change pedal at an optional advance shift position in a manner disenabling neutral return. SOLUTION: A speed keeping lever 27 is arranged in the vicinity on the side of a driver seat. A locking member 29 displaced reciprocatively by the forward/reverse operation of this speed keeping lever 27 is arranged. A check member 28 moved reciprocatively in a prescribed direction in connection with the operation of the change pedal 12 is arranged near the locking member 29. The check member 28 is engaged and supported by the locking member 29 at a plurality of positions in the reciprocating direction, and thus, the movement of the change pedal 12 in the neutral return direction is blocked.
