PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor circuit for a DC-DC converter capable of reducing power consumption, and to provide a power supply control circuit. SOLUTION: The monitor circuit 1 is a monitor circuit 3 for detecting variations in the output voltage of the DC-DC converter 2 and includes first and second capacitors C4, C5 connected between the output terminal of the DC-DC capacitor and a grounding terminal in series; and a switch SW2d, connected between the connection point between the first and second capacitors, and the ground terminal.
