PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator which facilitates charging with underfill agents or connection of wire bonding, and can be miniaturized. SOLUTION: A plurality of connector chips 17, constituting a spacer component, are fixed on the surface of a circuit board 5. The plurality of connector chips 17 are disposed, while being distributed to make an integrated circuit element 7 visible from a lateral direction that is orthogonal to the direction of stacking of a first unit 1 and a second unit 3.
